Ever notice i never post on a saturday afternoon or night?

I have too many weddings and tonight is a 30 yr HS reunion.

Now during the week its been one temp job after another since 9/11.... If you only knew the great jobs i had before 9/11 you would want me to stay here.

Rememeber people as a Renter, WE have to suffer the consequences of all the Dopey, Moronic, non paying tenants the landlord had before US.

Give that some thought next time you want to stiff the landlord, and break a lease.
