Okay, my ex-wife of 9 years... has custody of my daughters committed identity theft against during 1998 & 99. Got me in trouble with law enforcement, creditors, ruined my credit, almost cost me my job, etc, etc. I have been dealing with this for the last 2 1/2 years, she has 6 felony warrants for her arrest in SC.

Luckily, I have just recently repaired most of the damage she inflicted as well as fixed my credit, its been a long road.
She was arrested 3 weeks ago for 3 of the 6 felony warrants. She won't go to court until next Jan, can anyone tell me really what will happen to her most likely? I want her to pay for what she did and I'm afraid she will just get probation. Just willing to entertain some suggestions and ideas on sentencing and punishment. :)
