Mail for red light ticket?

Maybe the don't pull the address again? Maybe it takes forever for the mail to come back? Maybe it never comes back (happens all the time)? Maybe the judge does not care?

Why risk it???

You have been told MANY times to call the court. So yes, call the court.

Did you change your address with the DMV or did you put in a change of address with the post office? The DMV will not be forwarded to your new address unless you change your address at the DMV.
