hi - i dont know where to go to ask this question - i met and was chatting with a man and we started internet dating - and i sent him some things - for xmas and such and later on - i had a friend tell me that the address i sent the stuff too was for a whole different person - when i asked him about it - he said he had used a friends address to get stuff from...then i thought maybe he was this other person (whom the address belonged too) - so now i dont know if he is a man or woman who was posing as a man...and what about the gifts i sent - is it legal to get things sent to you if you are a woman pretending to be a man? i just dont know what to do.

Yes it is legal for people to get gifts if they are a guy or a gal. You gave a gift. What happens to the gift after it is given is not legally your business. You can't determine what happens to it afterwards. If you are questioning whether this person is a guy or a girl why dont you call him/her and find out?
