hi - i posted last week about sending gifts to a person i thought was a man and who turned out to be a woman - i got a few good replies - but isnt it mail fraud if i sent the mail to "a mans" name - but not the woman it turned out to be? since i now know the man i thought it was - is a woman - didnt she open mail not addressed to her?

No. It was still her mail if she is the one that has been communicating with you. You have no legal recourse in the matter.
Next time be more careful about who you communicate with over the internet.

You're right. I'm moving on. I can't sue anyone for double posting.

BUT it's the principle of the thing!
