I ordered 3 pieces of expensive jewelry from a company that deals over the internet. I paid up front with my credit card. When the package was delivered by UPS, only 2 pieces of jewelry were inside. When I called the jewelry company, they said they definitely shipped out 3 pieces and that someone must have stolen it, but the box wasn't ripped or anything. They won't give me my money back. They say I have to sue UPS. Is that true?
