What is the name of your state? SC

Hi my state says that i must give a manufacture a last repair attempt and it must be mailed either express, certified, or registered to the manufacture, the address in my warranty booklet that deals with lemon laws is where i mailed my letter.

The post office has attempted to delivery the mail and it is indeed the correct address because i double checked.

Anyways what i want to know is if they wont or can not get the letter must i RESEND it or is it their job to get it from the post office since a notice was left for them twice?

In my state you have 10 days after receiving the letter to schedule an appointment for the customer ( me) or replace the car, so when does this clock start? Its pose to be when they get the letter but they don't want to get it it seems.

Thanks
