hi, i am considering starting an escort agency in maine (cumberland or york county). i understand that intercourse, oral & touching of genitals are illegal & considered prostituiton. i was just wondering, is that it, or can you touch/kiss as long as you stay away from genitals? also, if i was to rent an apartment(s) for the escorts, & they do shows there, would that be illegal? or if i rented a business office with numerous rooms, & had them do shows there, is that illegal (would be doing this to avoid paying for hotel rooms every day).
any help at all about laws about escort agencies would be appreciated, or if you could point me to a website that says these laws. i searched online but could only find zoning regulations.
