Maine settlements?

I'm new to this forum. I'm from Maine, was hurt at work in Feb. 2000 and then the ambulance was hit head-on. I have a lawyer for the ambulance part but no one wants to touch the work accident. I'm wondering where I begin to look? I'll continue reading. Would be interested in hearing from anyone from ME who has made a settlement? Thanks....

I'm also having a VERY tough time with Maine's WC. I've had Lawyers tell me they would take my case in a second if the injury had occured anywhere else...Please email me if anyone knows how to take on this "beast"...

check out a lawyer from NH who is liscensed to litigate in ME. maybe a MA lawyer could help you out.
