I would like to file for divorce, but 6 years ago my husband and I bought a home in Texas. We still share it, although on opposite sides of the house for financial reasons. Is it possible to keep the house as community property with a clause in the divorce decree stating that upon sale of the house all profits will be divided equally or with the option of one of us buying out the other's half?
