Hi,

My OPT expires on June 13th 2005.
I intend to get my H-1B visa filed for fiscal year 2006, starting October 1st 2005 by premium processing , as the 20k visas issue has not yet been resolved.

To stay legally in USA, during the interim period, can i apply for a new graduate program, and get an i-20 issued for fall 2005(september 2005) and then can i start working from oct 1st 2005 on a H-1B visa?

thanks
sbkal
