Does the Majuskas formula and law apply to other accounts like a checking, savings account. Does Majuskas apply to eTrade investment account that is non register as a retirement or pension account.

I do not believe so. From a quick google search it appears that Majuskas formula applies to retirement accounts that cannot be accessed prior to retirement and that normally could not be divided after retirement.

Etrade accounts, bank accounts, savings accounts are are relatively liquid assets that can be easily divided at the time of a divorce, therefore there would be no need to apply a particular formula to decide how much of the future benefit is a current marital asset.
