Hello to all...I hope the following questions can provide some needed answers

QUESTION 1: Where (other than PACERS, i have no credit card) can I obtain copies of/find out specifically where to get copy of ex's BK papers? is there a charge? (Ex resides/filed in: Orange Cnty, California)

QUESTION 2: Is it fraud if the ex has been putting all assets/toys in the new wife's name? (i.e. 2new vehicles, property, toys-quadrunner, racecar/ trailer/ gear, travel and bank accts.) This done before, during and after (12-14mos ago) the BK?
I mean he is clearly a walking/talking advertisement for how BK can make you "look"/spend like your a millionaire!

QUESTION 3: Goes with #2...Can you just go out and aquire the very expnsive items listed above, (merely by being in wifes name and since what a year ago petitioned BK court for relief from all the big bad creditors) ?

After a $12,663.00 equalization payment by me (by early term./14 mo. offset of my spousal support) to him in our divorce specifically for the same debts that he then went and BK'd...gee I get to be liable for ALL of it (after paying 1/2 to HIM)!!! Im still curious which toy I bought unknowingly with my 1/2 @ $12,663???

How is it he can piss down the leg of the BK court...then get away with saying its raining?

Truly BK looks like the 'fountain of youth', the way he has been effected by it

Call the bk court and ask if they can let you have copies for a fee.

Just because someone retains assets does not mean fraud is involved. You are allowed to exempt some personal property in bk.
Post bk, you can do anything you like.
