What is the name of your state? WA

I make scrapbook page kits from paper, stickers, etc that I buy wholesale from manufacturers. I put all the products in a bag along with tips on how to construct the page and then I put a label on the bag with the name of my company. All the copyrights are left on the products inside the kit or listed on a piece of paper inside the kit and give credit to the manufacturer as the copyright holder.

Some companies are telling me I am infringing on their copyrights or "brand recognition" by doing this. I don't see it that way since the customer can still see who made the paper or stickers. And, I am purchasing new product for every kit - I am in no way photo copying anything and reusing it. I am merely combining products using MY ideas.

Thank you for your help!
