I'm taking the ex wife to court for false arrest and imprisonment.I was told this would be called malicious ,I'm not sure of the last part.Can some one help me out?I need to know what it's called so I can write it on the court papers.

My response:

Malicious Prosecution. If a lawsuit or criminal complaint is initiated "with malice" and "without probable cause" and results in a judgment in favor of the defendant (you), the plaintiff (her) may be liable for malicious prosecution.

on my paper work it says :facts showing why claim is owed.
what exactly does this mean.I have all the proof I need.Court order,a copy of the police record where she gave a false statement.The transcripts from court.I had to pay because my truck got empounded and I had to pay for bail.Charges have already been dropped my the prosecuting attorney.
