I have a family member who was misdiagnosed at a hospital and 4 days later had an anurisam stroke and had to be flown by helicopter to a different hospital and undergo 8 hrs of brain surgery and is still in ICU, the doctor apologised to the family for misdiagnosing him do they have a case of malpractice ? The origanal Doc. told him he had a pinched nerve and popped his neck, then a pain shot and sent him home.
