I live in Georgia I got fired from my job after working for 14 years I was never told why I was fired or anything I went the EEOC and they found no reason why I should have losted my job had a laywer and found he was best friends with one of the board member and he waited until the last min to tell me he needed more money up front which he knew I didn't have so I had to drop the case, it still hurt because I worked hard at the job.

If the statute of limitations hasn't expired, I reco you get another attorney. If your case is strong enough, he/she will take it on contingency.

Nothing you have posted indicates any type of illegal discrimination. I think you only have 90 days after receiving your 'right to sue' letter to file suit so it seems your ship has sailed.
