I have a sub-tenancy in New York.

My landlord is giving me problems.

The management Company who own our apartment block sent out a general memo to the landlord to pass to all tenants, setting out dos and dont's.

Some parts of the memo have been amended and I believe subsequently by the landlord. Do I therfore have to comply with the requirements or has the landlord committing a fraud by abusing his position to alter such a document?
