Manager of Appartment doesn't fix an Appartment

I live in Southfield, MI have been in same Appatms for 8.5 years, now bed bugs are there, they sprayed it, made a wholes in the walls, but don't want to close the wholes and paint the walls, what should I do????
By the agreement, they do the painting and change a carpet once in 10 years.

If they are not repairing holes in the walls that were created by the service they used Too bad for them call in your city inspections dept and get them to come out. ( btw there is a chance after doing this that the LL will refuse to renew the lease)

What do you mean they dont want to fix the damage.... did you ask them to? did you write them a letter about it?

I've been calling him every other day, and he's just keep on promising, next week, next week...
It last since September.
can anyone help me to get Health Department phone number or any place I can put a complain? I'd really appreciate it.

It always amazes me, when people can get to our site, then post in our community, but cant take 3 additional seconds to find simple(er) information they need online. GOOGLE is sooooooo easy, its redeculous. at 10, my daughter can recognise key words, and google them. sheesh. That being said....

OP, You have to start writing the landlord certified letters.
What is it you want here, do you want to move? do you just want him to fix the walls? do you want to fix the walls and with hold from the rent? WHAT do you want accomplished???
