In Colorado, how many hours over a full-time schedule can a company force mandatory overtime? The employees are members of the IAM union.

For the answer to that question, you will have to ask your union steward. For the union is responsible for regulating that aspect of employment in a union shop. It might also be mentioned in your Collective Bargaining Agreement. State law can't regulate overtime in this situation since you are a union member. Therefore, only federal law applies to the relationship between the union, its members (you and other fellow employees), and the employer.
