Ok my question is can my employer make overtime mandatory. Have been working 10 hours Mon.-Fri. plus 8 hours Saturdays. I thought overtime was like sometimes not all the time. Doing physical work too, man. I work second shift 3pm-1am. I am like you got me work 2 extra hours a day can i have the weekend off. Nope work 8 3pm-11pm Saturday too. Thank in advance. :(

Yes, your employer can make overtime mandatory. Excessive on-going overtime can result in turnover when employees decide they just don't want to work that many hours but there's nothing illegal about it.
