manufactured home warranty

We live in Ohio,we purchased a manufactured home new,with a warranty.Their crews have been here three times,with the wrong materials or equipment to finish the work.It has been over a year,I have had to take off work each time.I faxed a letter to them last November and have heard nothing yet.My warranty is now out of date,what can I do?

Your warranty is still in effect. Search the website http://www.hud.gov (search words manufactured homes) and http://www.ftc.gov (home warranties) as you have legal remedies due to implied and express warranties.
