What is the name of your state? Maryland
The deed to my home is in my name. The down payment came from my Dads estate. My husband is trying to convince me that he can sell it and if I want seperated from him I have to leave my home. He claims that since he paid the house payments the house is legally his. Do I have any rights in this situation?

He cannot just sell it. He would need you to agree with it or he could try to have the court order it.

His claim may have some merit; you need a good divorce lawyer and fast.
