I live in CA, my ex in NM. The MSA states she has control of 50% of stock options in my name. She wanted to execute and sell on a specific date I was out of the country and could not execute on that date. I made her aware I would be gone aa month ahead and she gave orders to put in sell orders that were executed and sold but at $15 less a share than if she sold when she wanted to. Now she is sueing me for the the difference claiming I had a fiduciary responsibility to execute when she wanted. The comapny would not grant her a power of attorney to execute on her own.

What do you think is my liability and chances?

Bob
