i am currently still legally married to a US citizen here in Maryland n she is filing for my greencard, we both have a 4 month old daughter n still living together...i have seen her going out on dates with a past lover of hers that is also her co-worker n shes also sexually active with him...now my marriage is heading for a divorce n shes told me that she will stop the fiing for my greencard n also is stopping me from spending any time with my daughter...her lover has texted her to limit my daughters contact with the " resident " (the description they gave me)...i came here on a b1/b2 visitors visa n would like to now what rights i have n what can i do to see my daughter or get custody of her...?
