is'nt knowing the person , planning the marriage for at least 2 yrs. and residing together after the marriage , just some of the requirements,when a american fem weds a non-citizen asian male?And if these aren"t met, is"nt this considered fraud? Am in Calif, and marriage took place in Vegas.Thanks
