What is the name of your state? Florida

My name is Jorge, I've been entering the US 2 years ago, I always entered the country with a Tourist Visa, but now, after 30 days of my last visit, I decided to get married to my Girlfriend**************so i have 2 questions:

1. Since she is a Permanent Resident, and originally from Cuba, does the Cuban adjustment help in any way?

2. Once we get married, can i leave the country and re-enter with my Tourist Visa?

Thanks.

Well, I dont know, thats why i was asking, because somebody told me it could help, but, aparently, it doesnt......

But aside from that, the main question for me is, once i get married, does my B1/B2 Visa gets Annuled? What should i do to keep leaving and entering the US? Because my work forces me to travel a lot.

#1, just to be sure you know, you can not live in the US after you get married to a PR.

#2, you are not legally barred from entering the US with a US PR spouse, but you may find it increasingly difficult over time. It is always up to the Border Agent to determine whether or not you are an intending immigrant. You can carry evidence of your strong ties to your home country and demonstrate some knowledge of what your legal immigration plans are (if you have any).
