What is the name of your state? MS

My x married me then filed for divorce after 5 months (we had never even lived together because of the military). Married 2nd husband and he filed for divorce after 2 months. Has just married 3rd husband a mere month after his 2nd divorce was final.

Can this have any impact on the upcoming custody hearing (Jan 6).

Would you bring up the issue of several marriages to indicate that your ex seems to be looking for a regular meal ticket, appears to regularly make poor choices, or are you concerned by the number of different men whose presence may be negatively impacting the child (children's) life?

My concern is the stability of the home environment and all the male role models that would be parading through my son's life.

By the way, I have temp custody of him and am hoping for full custody at the hearing on Tuesday. I live in MS and x lives in AZ. There will be no joint custody I am told.

I found out about the third marriage a little more than a week ago and my attorney is on vacation for two weeks. I haven't been able to talk to him about it.

Any info?

they do carry some weight. being unstable in relationships and in living arrangements do make a difference in custody battles, especially if all other issues between the parents are equal.
