If the Husband has abused the wife and was removed from the home by the courts for the last two years and living with another women and has not paid any monies towards the two morgagtes since he left is he entitled to half?

If there is a stipulation about to be signed and there are items that are to be pick up from the home it there a time limit?

He is probably entitled to a share of the home. Maybe not half since he has not been sharing in the mortgage costs for the last two years...but a share.

However, you are also entitled to a share of his assets (401k, IRA, stocks or anything else he might have) therefore there may be room for negotiation. If you don't have an attorney, you should probably get one.....or at least consult with one.

If you want there to be a time limit for him to remove his property from the home, then get that included in the paperwork.
