What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? I'm in the state of illinois I have a 15 year old son who has major behavior mental health problems and drug problems his father does not reinforce discipline he has been admitted in behavioral health hospitals and drug treatment hospitals before my hisband does not want to deal with our sons issues hes in denial blaming everyone for our sons behavior except trying to hold our son accountable for his actions our son is aggressive and has punched holes in the walls when he can't have his way he has been suspended from school on numerous occasions my husband transferres him from school to school when he gets in trouble he has allowed our son to stay out of school for over a month I have pleaded with my husband that our son needs residential treatment again and he refuses to cooperate even though counselors teachers therapists family and friends have suggested it is there a case law that an injunction be set where the courts can force my husband to get our son help if our son doesn't get the help he needs hes going to be dead or in jail

OP may lave a legal question IF she has Joint Legal Custody.

OP would also do well to utilize some punctuation in her posting(s). A paragraph long, rambling sentence is hard to read.
