I was recently got caught not paying the 1.75 fare at a MARTA trainstation. I recieved a citation and my court date is approaching soon. What can I expect in terms of penilties, fines, etc. Will this be something that will show up on records nationwide, statewide or none. For example if i apply for a job will this show up. How much do you think this will cost me?

This is the first time I have been introuble with the law. I have a clean record. What can I expect?

Dear lady, you can argue the case stating you were checking security
level of would gladly report your findings if you were not caught. Offer to
continue getting in without pay for the next 3months and see what happens then.
