Maryland adultery proof

Reading one of the other questions about proving adultery and need to ask, can I prove adultery with emails my wife and her whatever were sending each other. He travels a lot, and I am sure he has other women in other cities, but when in Baltimore she sleep with him. She confessed to it with me and our marriage counselor. Every email is closed with I love you(s) and there is a mention of being together and saying goodbye on his last day in town. Also in one email he mentions how he was dreaming about making love to her. And she has one email saying that she fell asleep feeling like he was on her. Now is this enough proof for adultery or should a plea something else. I mean the only other proof I can think of getting is actual pictures. She now wants to separate to try to think things over. I think she just wants to be able to communicate with him without me knowing. I don’t care anymore. It is true that for a while I was tracking her every phone call making copies of her cell phone bill and watching the email traffic. But I am over that know all I want is to get physical custody of my children and have only joint legal custody. Please someone who know tell me how do I stand on my case?

Since e-mails are so easily forged, I doubt that this is proof of anything.

more proof

not that it really matters but I over heard one conversation he was having with him and I also have her phone bills and she calls, called him several times a week. I was reading that I would have to prove that they were in a situation where they could commit adultery and that was at his hotel. he said that they were only in the lobby but they were the only ones there.
