Maryland DUI

I was charged with a DUI in maryland. My liscences was suspended. I had court today and they dropped the dui charges. Am i able to get my liscences now or do i still have to wait the 60 days?

If you are serving the administrative suspension for either the refusal or blowing above the per se limit, then you would have had to already have challenged those in a separate hearing within 10 days/ The outcome of the criminal charges are independant of this.
