What is the name of your state? MD

Just wanted a clarification..... For a custody change, a 'material change in circumstance' or 'substantial change in circumstance' must be proven. What is the definition of a 'material change in circumstance'? Also, this is referring to the 'material change in circumstance' for the Custodial Parent or for the Non-Custodial Parent?

Thanks.

You can check MD Family Law Code for what constitutes a material change of circumstance in your state.

It's referring to the Custodial Parent, since that is who has custody of the child/ren.
