I'm being sued by a guy who bought a used car from me. I gave it to a dealer to sell and they (the dealer/salesman) didn't disclose the car had been in an accident ($3,000 damage to bumper). I filed a police report and insurance claim, I feel like I did my part, and now I'm being sued, along with the dealer and salesman for making a material misrepresentation. Can I be sued for this, I have never had contact written or verbal with the buy except for the summons I received. Does the plaintiff have a chance since we have never talked?
