I purchased a custum fish tank online from a manufacturing company. Weagrred to haveit ready by a date. I was selling my other tank and i had agreed with the purchase of it that when the new tank arrived for me he will take my other tank. When my tank had not arrived on the scheduled date of delivery i called the manufacture. He did not respond. Several weeks went by before he did respond. Repeated attempts to contact him all failed. When i did reach him he came up with some phony excuse and promised delivery date. Once again he failed and did not respond to contact. Finally almost 2 months after original date when i threatened to cancel the credit card it was purchased on he said he was shipping it. He gave me a tracking number. When the shipping comp. Notified me of delivery availabl for pickup I transfered the contents of my original tank to temp. Storage and had the purchaser get it since he had been waiting to recieve it for almost 2 months since he purchased it. When the othertank arrived for me later that day i was stuned to see that the manufacture had only shipped 1 part of the tank. When i tried to contactthem i did not recieve a response. Finally a week later i recieved one. He said sorry and did not give a reason why the rest of the tank was not shipped only he was sendidng the rest of it now. Since then i still have not recieved the rest of it and have managed to contact them onceand they said it was on the way. Attempts to callthem have met with no answer and when i asked a friend out of state to call them they answered so they have been screening my calls andnot answering them. Because they only shipped part of the tank i lost close to 5000 dollars worth of fish and corals that were waiting for the other tank and could not survive the without the whole setup that was promised. It has been 3 weeks since i recieved the one part of the tank and still the rest of it has not arrived. So i am currently confused with all mycorals and fish dead no tank and wondering what to do and also out of a lot of money that i paid forthe tank. Please help
