I was caught recently, no accidents, was pulled over for swerving. BAC 0.145. First offense, hence going for ARD. I have a Maryland License and DUI laws are much harsh/strict in MD. I am worried if PennDot informs MD about incidence and what will their action be. I have appointed a lawyer and now awaiting preliminary hearing.

Anybody has any information regarding this or undergone thru this? How will other(native) state respond for this incidence? Will PA Court inform other DMV?

Thank you verymuch.. appreciate your time.
