MD or AZ lawyer? Please please PLEASE help.

I own a house in AZ and use a property management company in AZ, but I reside in MD. I need a lawyer to settle some major issues/problems with the property management company before I lose my house due to their negligence. Question is: Do I get a lawyer in AZ or MD? Should it be a real estate lawyer or something else? Thank you thank you THANK YOU!

You need to hire a real estate lawyer that is licensed to practice in the same State that the property is located in.
