What is the name of your state? Tx.

Ok so can someone tell me what actually classifies a car as a lemon legally? What is the time frame you have? And how do you go about pursuing legal recorse, or threatening it. Should I take it to a mechanic and find out what is acutally wrong with it, I've only owned the car about a week and things are already getting fishy. Please Help any advice is appriciated

The "Texas Lemon Law" only applies to new vehicles purchased from a dealer and does not apply to used purchases.
