not sure if this is the right place to put this ,this is my first time. a couple of weeks ago, my landlords handy man entered appt without permission, not even knocking ,i was standing there undressed, land lord said they tried to contact me last night, but phone was busy, then told me i would have to move if i was going to be a problem, then yesterday with 1 days notice they came into the cellar to remove an old dryer(former tenants)and left my hatchway wide open ,door open and unlocked, broken sheets of glass all over the floor,i cut my foot, when i called her,she said they did not leave door open(lie) and it was NOT THERE GLASS IT WAS MINE AND I HAVE TO MOVE AFTER CLEANING UP THE CELLER!there is wall to wall junk down there from previos tenants none of the junk down there is mine, and guys live dowstairs ,cant they get permission from them to enter through thier apt, instead of blaming it on my busy phone> help,i dont want to be evicted.every time i am wronged and calmly point this out i am asked to leave!

Thats why you have a lease so you can SUE idiot landlords like that....

UH no lease, then move!

BUT>>>>>> They still have to serve you an evcition notice and you still do have the right as an American to defend yourself in court......take pictures of the broken glass, the cut on your foot, record any phone calls, time to stand up for your rights.....or be a wimp....your choice
