a car mechanic claims to replace a fuel pump.customer pays by credit card.the car breaks down the very next day. the car mechanic being the only AAA towing agent in the region forces customer to go back to his garage. does some repair. the car breaks down again the very next day. the mechanic does more repair and releases the car.
car mechanic refuses to give customer old fuel pump and refuses to give diagnosis of the problem and what repair he does.
the customer disputes the charge with the credit card company.the credit card company contacts the merchant/ car mechanic to issue credit to the customer.car mechanic/merchant does not respond to the credit card company.instead mechanic sues the customer for the charge recovery (debt) and court costs.

Thank you for a reply.

My response:

Thank you for writing, but I have a question myself.

What are we supposed to reply to ?

You haven't posed any specific question, or any questions at all.

We could extrapolate some questions ourselves, but they might not be the answers you're looking to receive.
