What is the name of your state?

So in reading the other post on this subject I became a bit confused on how it would work in this situation:

Parents split 50/50 even custody legal and physical.
Parent A carries the health insurance.
Parent B pays support for 50% insurance 50% day care, nothing more.

Would Parent B still receive the $250 deduction on noncovered medical bills since there is no basic support amount, Parent A carries the insurance, and Parent B erans more?

No, I would not think that parent B would be entitled to that.
