Mediation for children.

I got question I have taken my ex husband now 2 times back to mediation to get 50% -50% custady over our two little girl's
Everytime I was told that I work second shift and that he has more right to the girls then I do since I would not be home at night till 1 am or so.
So I went to go to partime to get another day with the girl's witch I did and I just had a new born baby and I am a staying home mom.
I quit my job to be home with the children I got remarried and have 3 stepchildren as well.
I do work from home as a on call techincan. I take calls at home for a local company so I do have some work not alot but some and I can do it from home and be with the kid's without leaving the house.
Now I am going back to mediation for 50-50 I am not asking for more just 50-50 because I do believe the children need to be with there dad just as much as with there mom
How good of a chance do I have getting 50-50 ?
I never been proved unfit ever I dont drink do drugs or any of that mader.

HOw far from dad do you live? Can you both get the kids to the school they are currently attending?

Yes we can !
We life about 10 -15 minutes apart in the same town.

You can try since your schedule has changed and you would be able to spend more time with the children. Guaranteed? No. No guarantees in court.

I know nothing is a qaranty.
I think I have a good chance though.
He does not agree to anything anymore at all.
He harrases me over the phone when the girl's are with us calls us all the time.
If we dont answer the phone I get emaisl why the phone is not beeing answered.
We do have a sheduled time for the girls to call the other parent around 8:30 pm so it is not like they dont get to talk.
Then I had a baby and needet to be in the hospital for 3 day's witch were of course the day's they were supose to be with me and I asked him to have the girl's the 3 days to make up the time with them the week after he told me no he would lose time with the girl's.But he did gain time with them when i was in the hospital.
It is a very big mess and I realy can't wait till all this is over.
