Mom and dad went to mediation and the mediator made some sggestions to the court. Should we just wait for the judge to put them into an order or do we need to go to court to get them put into an order?

If y'all both agree, notify the court in writing that you agree. That will speed things up.
No they did not agree, mom didn't want to send the kids out for their fall break (and never did) so the mediator suggested to the court that since she interfered with his fall break that he has 1/2 of this upcoming winter break.

Well if one parent has been found interfering with another parent's time, there isn't much that parent can really say or do about it. So mom is the one who doesn't agree?

In AZ, Family Court judges will rely heavily on the report submitted following a Parenting Conference. Either side may enter a written objection to any part of the recommendation found in the report.

If neither side enters an objection, the recommendation of the mediator will usually be ordered by the judge. If you don't object to the findings, you can simply wait for the order.

Well mom didn't agree that she should send them out for their fall break and didn't agree that dad should have any visitation during ANY of their winter breaks. She said that she uses this time to travel with family and doesn't see it possible to allow him any visitation during this time. The mediator in his report stated that moms stand does not follow the standard visitation time allotment for visitation for dad. He also stated that he should have 1/2 of visitation for this winter break because of her interference this fall. We are already filing contempt charges (just need to got them notorized) next week but we wanted to know what we can do to get the mediators recomendation to the court put into an order. The previous CO said that he gets them every other christmas break but mom didn't let him have them last year either even though it was his year to have them

It sounds like you don't have much to worry about. No one cares what "she feels" she should do. That's why both parents are in court. The mediator has pretty much said the other parent IS in contempt (without using the "c" word). You should ask your attorney what your next steps would be. If you file your contempt stuff, the Judge should see that as well. What the Judge orders the mom WILL have to comply or else. Next time she pulls this crap, file for change in custody.
