What is the name of your state? Arkansas
I am on my uncles checking and savings accounts in pennsylvania as his power of attorney. I am a medicaid recipient living in arkansas and on medicaid. Will I get disqualified from medicaid?

You are saying conflicting things. A power of attorney has nothing whatsoever to do with "being on the accounts." What matters is what do you mean by "being on the account." If the account is in your name and your uncle's, the money in the account is a countable asset for Medicaid in your state. If you're only an authorized signer on the account, it's not.
