What is the name of your state? California
I have deducted from my clients child support a total of $134.00 for the wifes portion of the medical bills. What would the courts do if this amount wasn't reimbured to her, as she will not pay my client back? The divorces papers state "Any such expenses on behalf of the minor children not covered by insurance shall be borne equally between the parties."
Should I reimburse the ex-wife? If so how does the client get his money back? Small Claims?
