My ex wife had not paid any copays to the doctor and had not paid any hospital bills for our children, i live in north carolina and had never recieved any bills for there services nor do i feel as though i'm responsible since i pay for my childrens insurance and i had no knowledge of these bills,now there showing up on my credit report ruining my credit for which i knew nothing about, some of them are over 10 yrs old what rights do i have.

You have the right to have the debt collector validate the debts and if they can't, to ask the CRA to remove them from your file.
As for the ones that are over 7 years old.... ask the CRA to investigate and remove if the report period has expired.
