Is there a statue of limitations on medical bills and if so what is it? and also can a collection company make you pay 100.00 amonth ? if you could aford to pay that then you would have paid it , right?

A collection agency can't MAKE you do anything and if you don't have $100 a month to pay them you don't have it. However, IF they sue and win a judgment they CAN use the courts to make you pay thru wage garnishment, bank levy, and siezure of non-exempt assets.
