What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Wisconsin.
My wife and I are just beginning the divorce process. She has some very large medical bills and I know she will not be able to pay them. I have my own medical bills which are pretty significant but I want to repay those. Can I file bankruptcy on just her bills and hang on to mine?
Thanks

You are required to list all of your creditors. You can't pick and choose.
Nothing in the code says you can't voluntarily repay anyone you please post bk.
I assume your soon to be x is filing with you?
