In the state of North Dakota. My son married, his wife had committed adultery. Result was a little Baby Boy. Is it right that my son has to pay for the medical bills of this child that is not his. The ex-wife is now married to that person, the father to the little boy. No need for blood tests, because the new husband and litle boy is Black.

One question. Is he the legal guardian of the child? i.e. is the child living with your son or with the ex and the bio dad. If the child is with mom and bio dad, then NO your son should NOT HAVE TO PAY!

Of course, it also depends on what the divorce decree says? And it doesn't matter what color the child came out to be, there still needs to be PROOF that the child is not your sons. He will most likely have to get is divorce decree modified.
